(Dec 2, 2017, Los Angeles, CA) IAMG is pleased to announce Dr. An Phan as our inaugural 2017 IAMG Physician of the Year! The IAMG Physician of the Year program was designed to identify a physician who provides excellence inside and out of the OR. With praises such as, “she is an inspiration to us all”, “She is a constant team player”, “Always willing to help and work with the staff to make the OR run efficiently”, “Hard working physician” and “Reliable, responsible and fun to work with”, Dr. Phan was a clear choice for the award.
Dr. Phan has been a member of our IAMG family now working at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center, San Pedro. Prior to joining IAMG, Dr. Phan completed her Doctor of Medicine degree and anesthesiology residency at State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. In 2014, Dr. Phan received the Joseph P. Griffin Clinical Excellence Award from the SUNY Downstate Department of Anesthesiology for 2013-2014. We are proud to have Dr. Phan as a member of the IAMG family! Congratulations!
